クレーンや移動式クレーンを用いて荷役運搬する際に行う荷掛け、荷はずしの作業のことを玉掛けといいます。重量物の玉掛け作業に起因して労働災害も多く発生しています。玉掛け作業者が明確な合図のもとに、適切な玉掛けを行うことが重要です。玉掛けの方法や合図の方法、玉掛けの選定や使用方法等について学びます。
